James Heeley, fascinated by perfumery, began his career in France, where he discovered the art of creating perfumes. His first fragrance, 'Menthe Fraîche', was a fresh, elegant creation. Later he evolved to more complex perfumes such as 'Cardinal' and 'Cuir Pleine Fleur', all designed according to traditional French perfumery.
