1. General

1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all appointments, treatments, and transactions between RETREAT (hereinafter: "the Salon") and the client (hereinafter: "the Client").

1.3 By making an appointment or accepting the Salon's offer, the Client agrees to these general terms and conditions.

2. Reservation conditions and arrival

2.1 Please arrive at RETREAT fifteen minutes before your treatment to complete the required health form, after which you will be escorted to your suite.

2.3 You can cancel treatments free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations received by RETREAT within 24 hours before the start of the treatment, as well as ‘no shows’, will be charged in full.

3. Clothing and privacy

3.1 At RETREAT, bathrobes and slippers are available for the Client.
