Mathilde Bijaoui

Mathilde Bijaoui werd geboren in Parijs en groeide op met een rijke mix van culturen. Haar vader bracht haar in contact met de levendige Noord-Afrikaanse tradities, terwijl haar moeder een klassieke Franse opvoeding nastreefde. Deze unieke combinatie vormde haar persoonlijkheid en stimuleerde haar creativiteit.

Van jongs af aan ontwikkelde Mathilde een scherp reukvermogen. Samen met haar vader verkende ze markten vol geurige kruiden en verse ingrediënten, wat haar interesse in aroma’s en geuren al vroeg deed ontluiken. Deze jeugdige ervaringen legden de basis voor haar latere passie.

Een cruciaal moment in haar leven was een bezoek aan de Osmothèque, het internationale parfumconservatorium in Versailles. Hier werd haar liefde voor parfumerie verder aangewakkerd. Geïnspireerd door deze ervaring besloot Mathilde haar droom om parfumeur te worden, serieus na te streven. Ze volgde twee jaar scheikundestudies voordat ze zich inschreef bij de prestigieuze ISIPCA-school, waar ze de fundamenten van geurcreatie leerde.

Usage advice

Apply Oud Abramad by BDK Parfums to places where you feel your pulse. For example, the inside of your elbows and the hollow of your knees, or on your wrists and neck. Spray this bottle 1 or 2 times in the air and walk through the 'perfume cloud' that is created to perfume your hair. Hair is a good carrier of perfume, it holds the perfume very well. Feel free to reapply this perfume during the day, depending on your mood.
