Une Pistache originated from a Lebanese dessert first served to General Al Muhallab ibn Abi Sufra around the year 700. He appreciated the rich creamy flavors, fresh aromas, and crispness of the pistachios. He decided to name this dessert after himself, Mouhallabieh.

Wander through the souks where these aromas converge. Heliotrope supports the almond facets, adding richness, notes of frankincense give this perfume depth, and pistachio milk brings nuance. This perfume is sweet, bitter, raw, and almost tangible, all at once!

Fanny Bal

Fanny Bal is een getalenteerde parfumeur die geboren werd in Frankrijk. Al op jonge leeftijd ontwikkelde ze een diepe liefde voor parfum, wat haar ertoe bracht te studeren aan het gerenommeerde ISIPCA in Versailles. Hier verfijnde ze haar vaardigheden en legde ze de basis voor haar succesvolle carrière.

Na haar studie kreeg Fanny de kans om te leren van de legendarische parfumeur Dominique Ropion. Onder zijn begeleiding ontwikkelde ze een strikte en precieze werkwijze. Ropion introduceerde haar in een vernieuwende leermethode, waarbij ze dagelijks ruwe materialen mocht ruiken en de kunst van het maken van korte, krachtige formules leerde.

De grote doorbraak van Fanny Bal kwam met haar werk voor Frederic Malle. Voor dit prestigieuze merk componeerde ze onder andere de geuren Eau de Magnolia en Promise.

Usage advice

Apply Obvious's Une Pistache to areas where you feel your pulse. For example, the inside of your elbows and the back of your knees, or on your wrists and neck. Spray this bottle 1 or 2 times into the air and walk through the resulting perfume cloud to perfume your hair. Hair is a good carrier of perfume; it holds the scent very well. Feel free to reapply this perfume during the day, depending on your mood.
