Meabh McCurtin

Meabh McCurtin werd geboren en groeide op in Ierland. Ze studeerde biochemie aan de National University of Ireland in Galway en verhuisde na haar afstuderen naar de École normale supérieure in Lyon. Haar passie voor parfumerie bracht haar vervolgens naar Genève, Amsterdam, Parijs en uiteindelijk New York.

Meabh werd begeleid door de Franse meesterparfumeur Dominique Ropion bij IFF. Ze werkte samen met kunstenaars om het parfum Eau d’Amsterdam te creëren, gebaseerd op een unieke headspace-analyse van iepenbladeren en -takken. Met het Ierse bedrijf Cloon Keen heeft ze verschillende geuren ontwikkeld, waaronder Róisín Dubh, dat in 2019 de Best New Independent Fragrance-award van de Fragrance Foundation won. Momenteel werkt ze bij IFF.

Usage advice

Breng Dulce de Leche van Obvious aan op plaatsen waar je je hartslag voelt. De binnenkant van de ellebogen en in de knieholte bijvoorbeeld, of op je polsen en in je hals. Spray met deze flacon 1 of 2 keer in de lucht en loop door de 'parfumwolk' die ontstaat om je haar te parfumeren. Haar is een goede drager van parfum, het houdt de parfum heel goed vast. Breng gerust dit parfum gedurende de dag nog een keer aan, afhankelijk van je humeur.
