Description

A morning tea with stature.

Russian Breakfast Tea by Mariage Frères is a black blend with character that effortlessly unites strength and elegance. The infusion displays a deep, warm copper colour and opens with a full, malty base that feels round and layered.

What makes this tea so special? This blend has body and depth, yet remains round and controlled. The malty base feels full, not rough. Subtle citrus nuances bring clarity and tension to the whole, keeping the tea lively without losing depth. The result is a balanced composition that is both invigorating and flavourful, ideal for the first moments of the day, when focus and calm come together.

This package contains 30 original French Mariage Frères cotton muslin tea bags, net weight 75g.

Certification

The teas and infusions of Mariage Frères are strictly analysed and controlled to comply with the criteria of European Regulation (EC) No 396/2005.

Usage advice

Use one cotton muslin bag of Russian Breakfast Tea per 200 ml of water. Heat fresh water to 95°C and steep the tea for 5 minutes. This gives the full-bodied, malty black tea enough time to develop its pronounced citrus notes. Remove the muslin bag after steeping and serve plain or, if desired, with a splash of milk.
