Mariage Frères Matcha is a powerful and concentrated tea, bursting with flavour and packed with natural antioxidants. With its intense green colour and creamy, umami-rich taste, this matcha offers a unique tea experience.

Matcha is a powerful source of theine, which gives you natural energy. Thanks to its concentrated form, matcha contains more theine than regular green tea, keeping you alert and focused. The combination with L-theanine provides a calming effect, allowing you to enjoy a long-lasting energy boost without the well-known peaks and troughs of coffee.

Certification

Each Mariage Frères tea is carefully analysed and controlled to comply with European Regulation (EC) No 848/2018. The 'Jardin Premier' label is only awarded to teas that comply with the strict European Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 for their exceptional purity.

Usage advice

Place approximately 1.5 g of matcha tea in a bowl, pour 40 cl of hot water at 80°C over it, whisk vigorously for 30 seconds with a bamboo whisk/chasen until a frothy texture is formed and enjoy the pure, smooth taste immediately. Using softened or mineral water will enhance the flavours of the tea.
