Certification

The teas and infusions of Mariage Frères are strictly analysed and controlled to comply with the criteria of European Regulation (EC) No 396/2005.

Usage advice

Use 5 grams of White Rhapsody per 200 ml of water. Heat fresh water to 80°C and let the white tea steep for 7 minutes. The longer steeping time and moderate temperature allow the floral and ripe fruit nuances to gradually develop. Pour the tea after steeping and serve plain.
