Description

Velvety soft with a rich, milky finish.

Mariage Frères' Milky Blue is a silky-smooth Oolong tea with a seductive creamy character. Picked early in the morning, while the dew still rests on the leaves, the young tea leaves are hand-rolled and then infused with an elegant milky vapor. The result? A tea that smells of melted white chocolate, gianduja, and a hint of panettone. When infused, an exotic bouquet of passion fruit, lychee, and coconut rice unfolds, while the opalescent orange infusion caresses the palate with notes of marron glacé and crème pâtissière. An ode to eternal delights.

This package contains 30 original French Mariage Frères cotton muslin tea bags, net weight 75g.

Certification

The teas and infusions from Mariage Frères are strictly analysed and controlled to comply with the criteria of European Regulation (EC) No 396/2005.

Usage advice

Use one Milky Blue cotton muslin bag per 200 ml of water. Heat fresh water to 95°C and steep the tea for 5 minutes. This gives the blue tea enough time to develop its soft, full-bodied character and distinctive creamy nuances. Remove the muslin after steeping and serve plain.
