Umami Elegance: Green Tea & Popped Rice

A unique combination that blends the rich flavors of a green tea from a garden, grown with respect for biodiversity, with roasted rice and the unforgettable intensity of matcha. This emerald green cup of tea is persistent and rich in a thousand nuances, soft and gourmet.

This pack contains 30 original French Mariage Fréres cotton muslin tea bags, net weight 75g.

Certification

The teas and infusions from Mariage Frères are strictly analysed and controlled to comply with the criteria of European Regulation (EC) No 396/2005.

Usage advice

Use one Genmaïcha Matcha Émeraude cotton tea bag per 200 ml of water. Heat fresh water to 80°C and steep the tea for 3 minutes. This brings the green tea, matcha and roasted rice together in a soft, full-bodied infusion with umami and roasted notes. Remove the tea bag after steeping and serve plain.
