Certification

The teas and infusions of Mariage Frères are strictly analysed and controlled to comply with the criteria of European Regulation (EC) No 396/2005.

Usage advice

Use 2.5 grams of Earl Grey French Blue per 200 ml of water. Heat fresh water to 95°C and let the tea steep for 5 minutes. This brings together the full-bodied black tea, bergamot, and the delicate floral note of cornflower in perfect balance. Pour the tea after steeping and preferably serve it plain.
