Hold the container 10 to 15 cm from the skin and spray generously 15 minutes before sun exposure. Massage gently to distribute evenly. Do not spray directly onto the face. Spray onto hands and then apply to the face. Reapply frequently to maintain protection, at least every two hours, and especially after sweating, swimming or towel drying.
