Usage advice

Begin your ritual by applying Lotion P50, a mask, or eye patches. Then, use the Cryo-Sticks for about five minutes, rolling them over your face and neck with gentle, massaging movements, from the inside out and from bottom to top. Let the coolness do its work; pressure is not necessary. After use, clean the Cryo-Sticks with a disinfectant wipe or with alcohol-soaked cotton, place them back in their protective case, and store them in the refrigerator so they are ready for the next moment of peace and cooling.
