In the morning and/or evening, apply a generous amount to cleansed skin on the face, neck, and décolleté. Gently massage the cream in with upward strokes until fully absorbed. For optimal results, you can combine Crème M.E.C. with your favorite serums and the recommended Lotion P50 from the Biologique Recherche routine.
