Bergamot
From Calabria, Italy, the citrus scent of Bergamot Essential Oil helps to uplift the spirit while improving circulation and digestion. This fresh essential oil refreshes and can be used as a gentle antiseptic.
Grapefruit
Grapefruit essential oil helps improve circulation and is a natural digestive stimulant. The refreshing aroma helps to refresh and invigorate energy.

Usage advice

To be used with The Atomiser for pure, undiluted diffusion. Remove the dropper, attach the diffusion head and place in the atomiser. Alternatively, add a few drops to 5ml of neutral oil and apply to wrists or in a warm bath.
