The calming mist is formulated with essential oils of vetiver, sandalwood and chamomile. These pure extracts help relax busy minds and reduce anxiety. Applied to the pillow, bedding and body, it encourages restorative sleep, refreshing and reviving the senses for the busy day ahead.
The Aromatherapy Associates Deep Relax Sleep Mist can be used after a relaxing bath with Deep Relax Bath and Shower Oil or applied after the Relax Body Oil, prior to sleep.

Ingredients

Vetiver essential oil
Deeply relaxing, calms an (over)active mind. Immunostimulant. Grounding and emotionally strengthening.
Chamomile essential oil
Is a natural anti-inflammatory oil. Roman chamomile oil has the highest percentages of soothing esters of all oils. They provide the most important effects of the oil: relaxing, strongly antispasmodic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory. The oil is also very safe for the skin.
Sandalwood essential oil
Can be used for depression and insomnia. The oil removes tension and creates a meditative atmosphere. Furthermore, Sandalwood is relieving for respiratory complaints such as dry cough and bronchitis.

Usage advice

Spray liberally on skin, nightwear, bedding, inhale deeply and drift into a restful sleep. For best results, bathe with Deep Relax Bath & Shower oil before bed to soothe the body and mind for the best possible rest.
