Simply massage a few drops of oil onto the torso with your hands and bring your hands with some water to your face. Breathe in deeply and slowly three times. Then take a shower or a warm bath to benefit from the many advantages of aromatherapy. If sore muscles need rest after a long day in one position or after exercising, this oil is ideal. It helps to increase focus and reduces stress or fatigue in no time.

Usage advice

Add one capful to a full bath or apply to the body prior to showering. Each bottle contains enough for up to 20 baths or showers. Alternatively, add 2-3 drops to Aromatherapy Associates Home Fragrancer to create an enveloping and inviting atmosphere at home or in the workplace.
