Use on dry feet, do not immerse in a foot bath for example before using the Instant Foot Peeling. Spray a generous amount, between 8-10 times per foot on the heel, the sides of the foot and on the toes. Make sure all three of these areas are completely covered with the peeling. Perform the treatment on one foot at a time. Let the product soak in for sixty seconds before touching the foot. Massage away the dry skin with your fingers and then use the rough side of the foot file (remove the blue protective film first) to remove the dead skin cells and finish with the fine side of the file. Rinse the feet with water afterwards.
